Winter has finally arrived in the Toronto area. With the frigid temperatures paired with the snow, it is a perfect weekend to stay indoors with a good book, hot chocolate and writing my ‘Sunday 7’ blog post.
- Outdoor enthusiasts looking to be active during the winter, you might want to take a look at cross country skiing in one of the many Ontario Parks.
- If you are looking for some fun and unique date night ideas, this list has some great suggestions. From skating on the waterfront, candle making, paint/drink nights, maple syrup festivals and more you are sure to find something the two of you will enjoy.
- If you dread Monday’s (many of us do), there are some simple and quick things you can do on Sunday, to prepare yourself for the week ahead. Take a read here. I already do many of these and will try the others.
- This white fit and flare lace dress by Ralph Lauren is beautiful and would be perfect for a fancy dinner while on a beach vacation.
- I recently heard about packing cubes. For those of you who know how I pack, (hint: I like to bring everything), these might help me. I am curious to hear if you use them and if they work for you.
- Attention Tim Hortons double double coffee drinkers: did you know a double double flavoured timbit was just introduced to the menu? Would you try it?
- I have mentioned it before that I want to reduce the time I spend on social media sites. An article in Canadian Living outlines why it may be time to go on a social media diet.
What inspired you this past week? I look forward to your comments.
